Chemical filter for tractor cabs TRACTORS Accessories 15-2-28 New carbon cab filter removes dust and chemical spray vapors at the same time, according to Clean Air Filter Co., Defiance, Iowa.
The filter's 3-in-1 design includes a dust filter, an activated carbon filter in the middle to adsorb chemical spray vapors, pollen, and other fine dusts, and a final dust filter. It replaces the original cab panel filter in your tractor.
"The key to our filter is that it's a combination of three different filters," says Mike Schmitz, co-owner. "Conventional paper filters do an excellent job of removing dust, but they have no effect on chemical spray vapors. The pyramid-shaped structure in-side our carbon filter provides an even distribution of carbon and allows for maxi-mum adsorption. The final filter captures any carbon dust that shakes loose from the carbon filter."
Thirty-five different models are available to fit most tractor cabs.
