Camouflaged Mini Jeep FARM HOME Cars 16-2-32 I noticed an article in your last issue about a mini jeep one of your readers built so I thought I'd send along a photo of a camouflaged jeep I built for my 4-year-old son during the Desert Storm war last year. It's 4 1 /2 ft. long and 2 ft. wide. The rear end is off an old Sears riding mower and there's a Briggs & Stratton 3 1/2 hp. motor that mounts above it fitted with a centrifugal clutch. The body is made out of 18-ga. sheet metal. I built the frame from scratch out of 1-in. sq. tubing. My son has a ball driving it around dressed in his Desert Storm clothes.
