The cooker uses hot air to cook food without any oil or grease. It'll roast, broil, steam, bake, toast, warm, fry and almost anything else you'd normally do with a conventional stove.
The new cooker contains an electric heating element and a fan, both installed in a lid-type unit. The cooker can be fitted over the top of a pan or casserole for cooking. For many types of frying or baking, food is placed on a rack in the pan so air circulates below the food.
Unit has complete thermostatic controls and can be timed to shut off automatically.
