Rotating Tool Tray FARM SHOP Tools 19-6-30 Denis Desjardins, Alcove, Quebec: "I built this rotating tool tray out of a Pontiac car rear end. I used 1/8-in. thick scrap metal to make seven 14-in. sq. trays and welded them to the axle. I used 5/16-in. thick steel plate to make a larger bottom tray that bolts to the axle hub's five studs so that the axle housing and seven trays turn freely. I put a bracket at the top that screws to the wall to hold the entire unit stable. If I need to roll the trays to a different place in my shop I just push up on the bracket to release it.
"By sorting bolts and washers into separate trays I can almost always find what I need right away."
