How To See If Your Radiator Is Plugged Up ENGINES Roger Kemp High Prairie Alberta: “Here’s a way to check to see if your radiator is plugged up Bring your engine temperature up then get a spray bottle of water Spray water onto the cores The tubes that have flowing hot anti-freeze will dry right off The ones that are plugged up will stay wet longer If they’re plugged drain the fluid and add water vinegar and a pinch of salt Run the engine until the plugged cores are all open and then flush and refill with anti-freeze ”
