It features a long jabber spear (48 in.) and two smaller stabilizing tines which prevent the big bale from turning or spinning if not jabbed exactly in the center.
"The attachment will fit virtually all loaders with hydraulic-operated buckets," explains the manufacturer. It won't work on older style buckets which trip mechanically. If bales are frozen to the ground or there is spoilage on the bottom, the loader will take the good part and leave the rest."
The Jabber fork sells for $260 and fits most makes of front end loaders or category 1, 11 or 111 3-pt. hitches. A "Jabber junior" model, which uses the same spear and tines as the loader model, is available for 3-pt. hitch use only. It retails for $185. Frames on both models are made of heavy 114 in. square tubing.
