The Trioliet cow brush mounts just a bit below the level of the back of an average size Holstein. It should be positioned along a runway where cows routinely pass by (fastens to floor with four bolts) so they'll get into the habit of using it. To use it they slip their heads down under the brush and slide into it, pushing upward against the spring loaded arms that support the brush. Down pressure causes the brush to vigorously work over the animal's hide.
