Bolt-On Flight Replacement Kits For IH & Case IH Rotors COMBINES Accessories 90-10-4 The Kile Rotor Flights are heavy-duty bolt-on flights which replace OEM impellers on IH and Case-IH combines. These flights mount on either specialty or standard rotors and can be installed without removing the rotor from the combine. They will dramatically improve threshing performance. Because of the unique auger flight design, the Kile Rotor flights ensure that crop material efficiently spirals through the transition cone and reduces peak torque loads, allowing the operator to achieve higher ground speeds and extending the life of both the transition cone and the rotor belt. They also reduce gearbox loading and increase fuel efficiency. The 80 Series kit (KRF80) includes two flights, wear plates and mounting hardware and fit 1480, 1680, 1688, 2188, and 2388 combines. The 60 Series kit (KRF60) includes three flights, wear plates and mounting hardware and fit 1440, 1460, 1660, 2166, and 2366 combines. The standard wear plates are cast alloy chrome which can be adjusted to the kidney for optimum clearance. These flights are used in harvesting all crops with complete satisfaction.
