Home-Built Corral Panel Trailer WAGONS/TRAILERS Miscellaneous 26-6-34 I built a corral panel trailer using the rear axle off an old pickup and some other odds and ends. It's much easier hauling the panels on a trailer than it would be on a truck or with a front-end loader.
I used 4-in. box tubing to make the trailer's frame and 2 by 4 box tubing to make upright braces and supports for the corral gates. Lengths of chain are used I turned a pair of satellite dishes into a flying saucer with flashing lights on top and a rotating orange light inside that flashes through the holes in the disks. It is stored on my lawn and is a great conversation piece. I also mounted it on a to hold the gates in place. There's an implement jack on the tongue.
My only out-of-pocket cost was for two used tires and wheels, the jack, 20 ft. of chain, and a hitch. (Gene Snellings, 222 Cowboy Road, Montreal, Mo. 65591 ph 573 346-4733)
