It's made from a piece of 4-in. dia. pipe and two 20-in. round steel plates û one bolted down and one left free to turn with the wire as the tractor goes along. In places where the tractor can't go, you can easily pull the wire off the unroller by hand.
To mount, you slip the unit onto the roll of wire before attaching it to the tractor. Then you hook up the two lift arms and use a come-along to raise the wire to an upright position, attaching it to the top link.
Cook sells the wire unroller for $385 plus shipping.
