Electric-Powered Work Cart Built From Airport Luggage Handling Cart ATV'S ATV'S 21-5-37 Your readers may be interested in this electric-powered work cart I built from an air-port luggage handling cart. The cargo rack on back can carry up to a 1,500-lb. load. I had to totally rework the original cart, moving the seat and controls backwards and fashioning many new components and body parts from scratch. It looks like a little car with lights, turn signals, a radio, and hydraulic brakes. It'll run for about a week of normal use on a single charge.
